Richard Paine,

Richard Paine has worked in computer communications and networking technologies for 28 years. 

As a USAF officer, he programmed for and then led real-time programming organizations in communications and security.  After commanding a computer center in the UK in the early 80s, the next project was a world-wide graphics network for weather information distribution. 

The Boeing Company experience includes a multi-level secure local area network, the defense side of the company's network architecture, an architecture for common protocol stack (TCP/IP) for Boeing, the wireless architecture for the company, the WEB architecture for the company, the VOIP architecture for the company, and a Secure Mobile Architecture for the company.

Secure Mobile Architecture - Boeing Prototype Demonstration

The Open Group's Mobile Management Forum (MMF) developed an architecture called the Secure Mobile Architecture (SMA) and published it in February of 2004. The Boeing Company developed a prototype of the SMA and will be demonstrating the capability in the San Francisco meeting.
