Dr. Sai Kumar is the CTO for Mphasis applications. He heads the SOA practice and has delivered number of seminars with Gartner on SOA, portals and enterprise integration.

He has been with Mphasis, an EDS company, since 1999 and holds a PhD in Automation technology from University of Bremen, Germany.

Product companies defined SOA governance to be a vehicle to sell their infrastructure and products.In this presentation, the speaker is presenting the effectiveness of governance for enterprises to adapt and sustain SOA based initiatives. "Heavy weight" governance models have become a major obstacle for many enterprises. A light weight model with various practical examples are proposed in this presentation.
