Presentation
Managing Change As Part of an Enterprise Architecture Program
Given the long term nature of an effective enterprise architecture program, the subtleties of many of the key concepts, and the short attention spans of most organisation stakeholders, it is vital for enterprise architects and enterprise architecture program drivers to understand and use the power of change management techniques to ensure the enterprise architecture program delivers and maintains effective results.

This presentation will draw upon real examples of change management within the enterprise architecture program in Cathay Pacific Airways, to illustrate the kinds of issues involved, and some practical approaches to managing the changes associated with an enterprise architecture program.
