Using TOGAF to Architect a Company´s Strategy and Execution : A Business and IT Perspective

This presentation will show techniques used to align strategy with execution using TOGAF. It´s a story about success cases where companies (such as retail, financial, gas and oil, banking) were able to track business portfolio and initiatives from business goals to IT infrastructure. With this model, companies are able to align projects like Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, BSC with IT initiatives like SOA, ITIL, ISO 20k among others.
