Debbie Bucci is the Integration Services Center Program Lead at Center for Information Technology (CIT), National Institutes of Health (NIH), U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), and is the principal program manager for both the NIH Federated Identity Service and the enterprise Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) efforts. In 2008, along with her other colleagues, she received the 2008 NIH Director's Award in recognition of her work with NIH Federated Authentication, 2008 InformationWeek 500 top 20 Innovators awards and the 2011 Kantara IDDY (Identity Deployment of the Year) Award for NIH iTrust
