Conference Fees

Affiliate Organisation and Associate Member delegates are entitled to reduced fees (as shown below in brackets)

Benefits and Terms

1.       Affiliate Organisation and Associate Member delegates are entitled to a discount on the Open, Active Loss Prevention Pass fees (as shown)

2.       Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze and EMA Forum members of The Open Group are entitled to Members Pass fees, subject to the Benefits & Terms stated below.

3.       All passes include Conference, Open & Briefing sessions, lunches, breaks, networking and social events on the days for which they are valid

4.       All Delegates are entitled to receive a CD ROM featuring past Conference highlights (with delegate pack) and access to post meeting documentation (on The Open Group web site),  Non-members are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to receiving or gaining access to the CD ROM & post meeting documentation.

5.       The Open Group reserves the right to vary or cancel an event in the light of bookings and to vary the duration and content without prior warning. In the event of cancellation, The Open Group will return all monies paid to The Open Group in respect of that event.

6.       Conference Registrations are subject to the standard terms and conditions for The Open Group Conference. The Cancellation Date’ for the Austin Conference (referred to in the standard terms and conditions) is 8 October 2001.

Members:

1.       Members at Silver Level and above (including Sponsors) who have joined or renewed under the new membership terms (introduced from January 1, 2000) are expected to pay a Members Pass fee of US $275. This fee is payable for attendance at all or any part of the Conference.

2.       Bronze Members of the Directory Interoperability Forum will be charged US$275 per delegate to attend the Directory Interoperability Forum meeting only, otherwise they pay the full Conference fee for non-member affiliate organisations as shown.

3.       Members on the old terms remain on the following schedule of Conference fees

Gold      first 6 delegates free of fee; 7th and subsequent delegates US$500 each

Silver    first 3 delegates free of fee; and subsequent delegates US$500 each
